One of the goals of the YP’s is to develop the community’s professional landscape to better serve young professionals and the businesses that employ them.  We are working to educate both employees and employers in Greater Waco’s growing workplace.  With a greater familiarity of local business networks, regional industry organizations and community employment resources, Young Professionals in the Waco area will be more connected and better equipped to manage their burgeoning careers.  Furthermore, as local business leaders learn more about the benefits of hiring Young Professionals and utilize the latest HR practices to retain them, Greater Waco will reap the rewards of a vibrant and growing Young Professionals community.
